At EcoPlanetFarm, we believe that the path to a sustainable future begins with the soil beneath our feet. Founded by Bimal Das—a food technologist (CSIR–CFTRI) and sustainability engineer (IISc Bangalore)—EcoPlanetFarm integrates deep expertise in food science, olfaction, and regenerative agriculture. The farm serves as a hub for experimentation, education, and collaboration in climate-resilient farming and sensory ecology.
